OUR FIRM
Our firm was originally founded in 1996 through the merger of the law office of Nikos Zemberis, established in 1959 by Nikos Zemberis and the law office of Antonis Markezinis, established in 1935 by E.G. Markezini. Since the early ‘90s our firm is the leading legal counsel to the Greek State for almost every major infrastructure transport project implemented through a Public Private Partnership (PPP).
In 2009 our practice was incorporated as a Law Firm under the name “Zemberis Markezinis Lambrou & Associates Law Firm” (ZMLaw) and continued to expand and strengthen its areas of expertise, acting on behalf of domestic and international clients in matters of insurance law, commercial law, corporate law, infrastructure/public works/PPP law, administrative law, EU competition law (public procurement, state aid law), banking and international finance law, foreign investment law and sports law.
